Nord Anglia International School Shanghai, Pudong (formerly The British International School Shanghai, Pudong) opened in 2002 in the Kangqiao area of Pudong New District. It rebranded under the Nord Anglia name as part of the group's global rebranding.

The school enrols approximately 700 students and follows the English National Curriculum at primary, IGCSE in Years 10–11, and the IB Diploma Programme in Years 12–13. As part of Nord Anglia's network, students have access to global collaborative programmes including partnerships with MIT and Juilliard.
